How men and women are equal but different
As a father of a young daughter, I am frustrated with the mixed messages that she, at her young age, is already getting from the world around us. The endless messages from TV, radio, magazines, and movies attempt to tell her what she should strive to be as a girl, who by God's grace will one day be a young women, and (hopefully many years from now) a wife and a mother.
The things that I hear terrify and sadden me. Especially since I know that God has a better design for her than the world could ever hope to produce. So it is my joy today to be able to show you from God's word what He expects from his daughters along with the hope that His design brings.
